"I started working with Katina in August 2024 during an intensive nine-day IMD leadership program where Katina was my personal coach.  I had very high expectations of growth and personal development recognizing that this IMD program could be a transformational experience that would enrich and strengthen my personal and leadership behaviors.

Each interaction with Katina brought new perspectives, enabling me to uproot and let go as she guided me through the coaching process.  
Since working with Katina my management approach has transformed which has been recognized in the organization, but more unexpectedly my marriage and relationship with my children has been further strengthened, and on a personal level I am so much more fulfilled. "
